The Natterjack estate covers 10 acres of private meadow, ancient woodland, orchards, and organic-certified grasslands on Bath’s northern edge.
It rests at the top of Charlcombe Valley, an intimate village known for its charming 12th-century church and paths once frequented by Jane Austen. Charlcombe is famously home to an annual toad migration, where hundreds of toads journey through our estate each spring, heading to their ancestral breeding ponds. This unique natural spectacle, closely monitored and protected by dedicated local volunteers, was the inspiration for the creation of The Natterjack brand.
